Confident on the output of Masss, Suriya has pinned his hopes on the movie that Massu Engira Masilamani will give him a much needed hit putting stop to his flop streak, after Mattrraan and Anjaan.
KE Gnanavelraja’s Studio Greens along with Eros International presents Massu Engira Masilamani has hit 1900 theaters worldwide in Tamil and Telugu languages. Titled as Rakshasudu in Telugu, this Yuvan Shankar Raja musical is censored with clean U certificate.

Directed by Venkat Prabhu under Studio Green banner, Masss has cleared censors with clean U certificate and is eligible for 30% Entertainment Tax exemption, which also needs to have a Tamil title.

According to theater owners, KE Gnanvelraja produced Masss advance and online ticket bookings will start from Wednesday, two days before release on May 29.

Director Pandiraj himself Tweeted: “Pooja & 1st day shoot of my new film by Surya’s 2D Entertainment & Pasanga Productions.Expecting wishes from you all”.
Jointly produced by Suriya and Pandiraj, this yet-to-be-titled movie will cast two children in the center roles and the movie is based on urban midless class backdrop. Meanwhile, Simbu, Nayantara’s Idhu Nama Aalu is nearing completion.

There were recent reports in the media circle that Jyothika is set to make a comeback along with her daughter Dhiya in an upcoming Pandiraj’s directorial. The filmmaker himself denied the reports saying they are mere rumors.
As we have reported viewers earlier, Pandiraj is likely to do a film with Jyothika and has reportedly got Suriya’s acceptance for the same and the actor himself will be producing the film on his 2D Entertainments banner.
Director and producer Pandiraj also clarifies that nothing is finalized on its front and any news regarding to this is mere speculation.
For now, Pandiraj is busy with Simbu and Nayantara starring Idhu Namma Aalu dubbing and post-production works and the film’s teaser will be out soon.
